Cancellation Policy
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled booking as we understand that traffic and parking can be difficult in the area. We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 20 minutes late; this is to ensure that they get the full candle-making experience. If you are running late, we recommend rescheduling for another time or date. We offer one free courtesy rescheduling and you can reschedule your class at any time if you need to. We offer guests full refunds for cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to their class. For same-day or next-day cancellations, refunds will not be issued.
